Bethany Hines: I wake up and just enjoy my breakfast.
I like having my breakfast before I get up and get up.
It helps me stay awake and not fall asleep.
It just helps me get ready for work.
Recode: How do you find the right time to cook?BH: I like to start with a cup of tea and then a banana.
Then I will have a big breakfast of oatmeal and some fruit.
I will eat at my desk and then eat at home.
I usually go for breakfast around 2 or 3 in the morning.
I am a morning person so I am usually in bed by 3:30.
If I am working on a project I like, I am typically in bed at 3 or 4:00.
I do like to have a break and have breakfast before work.
It gives me a break.
I just like a break when I am not really in my office.
I have a breakfast of oats, and then have a banana or some cereal and then go to work.
That is how I enjoy my mornings.
